This will be my first blog of many, I am a father, engineer, thinker, tinker, and philosopher. Only one of which pays the bills.
Titles, we all carry many titles. I am a father, son, grandfather, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, friend, husband, ex-husband, employee, boss, co-worker, and the list goes on. None of that exactly defines who I am. When I was a child I wanted to be lots of things a truck driver, lawyer, world traveler, beach bum, and that list goes on and on as well, but the realization that you cant do it all sinks in. I have driven a truck, represented myself in court, been to Asia and Europe, and Sat on the beach. I have accomplished most of my dreams through changing them to goals and making a plan to achieve them. All plans take work and constant modification. The plans always change, be willing to change with them, recognize what it takes to reach them, and be patient. Ignore naysayers but don’t ignore reality.
